We’re thrilled to announce the successful transformation of 255 George Street! This project has brought significant enhancements to the building’s exterior, focusing on safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

Key upgrades completed during this project included:

Upgrading to water-resistant, energy-efficient lighting in the balcony soffits and awning areas, improving visibility and sustainability.
Repairing and repainting all external soffit areas to safeguard against weather damage.
Installing anti-slip step treads to enhance safety.
Cleaning the marble facade to restore its classic beauty and structural integrity.
