This project involved preparing the complete interior shell and conducting a tailored fit-out for a new café within recently developed shops. The scope of works included:

• Structural Shell Preparation: Completed initial structural work to accommodate all café-specific installations and finishes.
• Custom Café Fit-out: Built and installed all necessary cabinetry, counters, and display areas, along with seating layouts designed to enhance customer experience and optimise flow.
• Plumbing Installation: Installed a comprehensive plumbing system, including water supply and drainage tailored to café operations. This included connections for kitchen equipment, sinks, and all required drainage points.
• Electrical Installation: Carried out a full electrical fit-out, including installation of lighting, power points, and connections for café equipment. This ensured compliance with safety standards and efficiency for operational needs.

Each component was completed with attention to design specifications, creating a functional and inviting environment ready for trading.
